Up and Away Trouser

I tried on the Up & Away Skort, and was shocked to get a PERFECT fit. I'm hard to fit, with two full sizes between my waist (12) and hip (16). The Skort was just too short for my preferences, however, so I sent it back and tried these trousers. They were close, but not quite ample enough in the thigh for my tricky figure. To be clear, I could wear them. They fit around my legs. There wasn't enough fabric for them to make me FEEL GOOD about how I looked in them, however. Too bad! It is quite rare for me to find off-the-rack trousers that flatter my shape. If you are just slightly bigger in the hip/thigh, these may be wonderful for you, so I'd encourage anyone else with an hourglass or pear shape that struggles to find well-fitting pants to give these a try. If, like me, you've still got too great a difference in sizes, you'll just have to buy rare (and usually expensive!) trousers with a two piece, alterable waistband when you can find them.
