Great for anything from running to olympic lifting. I'm 6'2" and 210 lbs with a muscular build, originally ordered the L/XL but it was a little snug in the arms and shoulders. This is my new favorite first layer. It's lightweight and really comfortable. It really breathes while I'm running and it's quick drying. If you think you'll be sweating a lot or it's hot outside, this is the tee for you. I am 5'11" and 180 lbs and I ordered the M/L size. Fits perfect. Not tight and not too loose.
